(English version. Not perfect but understandable, I hope.)

My expectations for the concert were very high.

The anticipation grew since the appointment of this gig. Unfortunately, we were just two guys to visit this concert, as some did not have time and not many knew the band. I got to know that it was almost "sold out" (
After the usual "eating and drinking," we were surprised that almost nothing was happening in front of the “Docks” when we arrived there at 19:50. Inside, we did not meet any usual visitors we know from other events. The room was not filled as you could say "almost sold out". So, it was at least not overcrowded. The majority (85%) had a reference to the origin of the band. There were represented all age groups.

The sound was mixed very well. It was loud, but clear and the instruments / vocals were well separated. Except for "Good evening, Hamburg" (in German) all greetings were in Russian. The first hour was mainly devoted to the newer material. After an hour the band went briefly off the stage. It was followed by a drum solo and then there was one more hour with nearly only classic songs.
The band just needed one song to get the audience on its side. Particularly impressive was the volume of text and security among visitors. The Old Russian woman sang with the same intensity as the 18-year-oldguys. In general, a surprise for a metal concert, many women were present.

Thanks to Natalia Stupnikova (Press for Aria) for the set list. I was not quite sure about some songs.

In some passages (melodies), the band sounded like “Iron Maiden”, all in all it was significantly harder than them, which may be caused by the Russian vocals. From time to time there were references to well-known bands (e.g. the riff sounding of “Heaven Will Find You” sounded like "Slayer”)

It was more than a successful evening. This may be my winner of “Concert of the Year”. Next time I'm definitely returning, hopefully with an even larger group.

Pictures and videos to follow.
